Tesla Electrical Systems, LLLP, is pursuing legal action against Guillermo Leopoldo Romero III (Bill Romero), who has defaulted on a business contract and owes us more than $200,000.
We entered into a contract with Bill Romero from the Memorial Area of Houston, TX in good faith, and we have made numerous attempts and gave him multiple months to resolve this matter out of court. Unfortunately, Bill Romero has failed to fulfill his obligations under the contract and has not made any effort to pay the money he owes.
As a result, we have no choice but to pursue legal action [Harris County Cause No 2022-51881] to protect our company’s interests. We are confident that the laws of Texas, which are designed to protect businesses and ensure that contracts are honored, will be on our side in this matter.
We hope that this lawsuit will serve as a reminder to others to honor their business contracts and fulfill their obligations.
